What happens with your data when your team works with the AI assistant. The short version, without the legal language.
Your register is yours
Every request, analysis and report sits in your organization's own register in the app. You can change any line at any time, and we remove your data when you ask.
Where it runs
The app runs on Microsoft Azure. Logging in goes through Supabase. The analysis itself is done by a language model through an enterprise API, Anthropic's Claude as standard, with Azure OpenAI as the alternative. Neither provider uses your data to train its models.
What you do not upload
The method works on the facts of a request: the problem, the numbers, the process. Leave out names and other personal data. The AI assistant asks for permission before anything is recorded, and that is part of the method.
Or inside your own AI
If your organization runs ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or Copilot, we plug the performance consulting knowledge into that system. Then nothing leaves your own environment.
Certification and agreements
We sign a data processing agreement and fill in your security questionnaire. The infrastructure runs on certified cloud providers. Tulser itself is not certified yet. Ask us for the current state before you decide.
