Tulser keeps the canon current: what changes, when and why. Changes sit in a log you can read.

One session with the team that will use it, on the questions they actually ask. After that it is simply the assistant that was already there.

The server reads and never writes. What a team records about its own program stays with the team.

No people in it, and no data about your teams. That keeps the security review short.

Hosted by Tulser in Europe by default. Hosting in your own environment is an option with its own price.
Honest about the boundary. Access to expertise replaces no learning program. What someone has to be able to do without looking it up, acting under time pressure or clinical reasoning for instance, needs practice. And the Amplifier produces no record of demonstrated competence; that stays the compliance route. Where knowledge only counts at the moment of action, access is the strongest lever the research identifies (Albarracín, Fayaz-Farkhad & Granados Samayoa, 2024), while e-learning aims at the weakest.
