Licence

A program with an annual licence

All services come with an annual licence: a program with a licence, and the knowledge block connected to your organisation.

Knowledge base

Connected to the AI of your organisation

We deliver the knowledge base and connect it to the AI your organisation already uses. Read-only, every answer with source, version and date. The Expertise Amplifier is that connection itself: one theme, as an MCP server, read-only.

Once a quarter, a meeting with the clients.

Three editions, one way of working.

Every edition is its own theme with its own canon and its own editorial board.

Expertise, delivered as a connection.

Not a course, not a platform, not a folder of documents. Access to Tulser’s knowledge on one subject, inside the work itself.

01

One subject, in full

Tulser’s canon for that theme: intervention cards, program plans, maintenance rhythms and scans, each with source, version and date. One editorial board writes, users read.

02

Delivered as an MCP server

One connection to the assistant your organization already uses and has already approved. Read-only. No personal data, no data about your teams.

03

In weeks, not months

The security review covers one read-only connection, not a platform. After that come the connection, the editorial agreements and a starting session.

Worth knowing

Beside a platform, or instead of one

If a whole profession works with protocols and guidelines every day, an AI platform earns the investment. If it is one theme, or you want to start quickly, this is the shorter route. The two do not exclude each other: the theme can keep running beside the platform later.

From first conversation to daily use.

Four steps. None of them asks your IT department for a project.

01 · Review

Security review

One read-only connection to an assistant that is already approved. That is a short review, not a certification track.

02 · Connection

Connect to the assistant

The server becomes available inside the assistant your organization already uses. Hosted by Tulser in Europe by default; hosting in your own environment is an option.

03 · Canon

Editorial board and versions

Tulser keeps the canon current: what changes, when and why. Changes sit in a log you can read.

04 · Use

Starting session and use

One session with the team that will use it, on the questions they actually ask. After that it is simply the assistant that was already there.

Platform and edition priced apart.

That way you can grow inside the same agreement: start with one theme and add a second later.

Read-only

The server reads and never writes. What a team records about its own program stays with the team.

No personal data

No people in it, and no data about your teams. That keeps the security review short.

Source, version and date

Every answer carries its provenance. Changes sit in a log you can read.

Hosted in Europe

Hosted by Tulser in Europe by default. Hosting in your own environment is an option with its own price.

Honest about the boundary. Access to expertise replaces no learning program. What someone has to be able to do without looking it up, acting under time pressure or clinical reasoning for instance, needs practice. And the Amplifier produces no record of demonstrated competence; that stays the compliance route. Where knowledge only counts at the moment of action, access is the strongest lever the research identifies (Albarracín, Fayaz-Farkhad & Granados Samayoa, 2024), while e-learning aims at the weakest.

Beside an AI platform, or instead of one.

The same lever, two delivery channels. The platform for a whole profession, the Amplifier for one theme.

AI platform Expertise Amplifier
Scope A composed body of knowledge for a whole profession, extended where needed with the organization’s own material. One theme: team learning, compliance, or another subject.
Which knowledge The knowledge the profession needs in the work, plus the organization’s own material. Tulser’s governed canon for that one theme.
Technology A platform. Certification, security, management and licences come with it, so it is a project. One read-only connection to an assistant the organization has already approved.
Lead time Months. Weeks.
Who delivers An IT partner delivers the platform with all licences. Tulser builds the knowledge and guides adoption. Tulser delivers it directly, as an MCP server, with the editorial board behind it.
Price model Setup and guidance, one-off and per project. A licence per organization per year.

Start with one theme.

Pick the subject your people run into every week. The LCF edition is ready; a theme of your own is a conversation we are glad to have.
